Terms of Use

By using the Bulmaca Çengel application (“the App”) you accept these terms. The App is owned by Atavussoft (info@bulmacacengel.com).
1. Account
You may use the App as a guest or with a Google, Apple or email account. You are responsible for the security of your account. You can delete your account from the App at any time.
2. Premium subscription
- Premium offers an ad-free experience, ad-free hints and a score multiplier. Weekly, monthly and yearly options are available; prices are shown in your local currency in the App before you purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, it renews for the same period and price; the renewal charge is made within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the paid subscription starts. If you subscribe during the trial, any unused trial time is forfeited.
- You can manage and cancel the subscription in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions or Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are subject to Google Play’s and Apple’s refund policies.
- You can restore purchases on another device with “Restore purchases”.
3. Scores and leaderboard
We reserve the right to remove scores obtained through cheating, automation or abuse of the system, and to close the relevant account. Points are awarded per correctly completed word and per correct letter; completing all words correctly and without mistakes gives a bonus. Premium users receive a 1.5× score multiplier. Your leaderboard display name must not be offensive to others.
4. Intellectual property
The puzzles, design and software belong to Atavussoft. Photo licences are stated within the App.
5. Liability
The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
6. Apple users
On iOS, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies in addition to these terms.
